This home was originally built in 2000 and completely lacked any character with its outdated, imitation limestone front and obsolete interior design.
This large-scale renovation included a complete interior and exterior overhaul. The front façade was redesigned to include feature corten panels and complementing render. A highly functional outdoor alfresco area was added with a fully automated Louvre roof.
The kitchen and bathrooms included features such as Stone Italiana benchtops and Apaiser bathware. Spotted gum flooring, custom staircase and feature curved walls added to the contemporary redesign of this modern home.
