When moving through our new extension, we continue to admire the quality of the finish of all aspects of the project ranging from the deep lustre of the painted architraves and skirting boards to the faithful reproduction of the original 1930’s period doors and the sheen of the new ceiling-to-floor fitted wardrobes and cupboards to the use of old bricks and mortar which perfectly tie in the new extension to the original house.

The visible legacy of Precision Tech’s attention to detail and commitment to quality also serve as a reminder of the professional management and timely progress of the project. The site boss was always first on the job to ensure that incoming components were properly stored. He also took responsibility for rubbish removal and site housekeeping.

Chris Lang was either always on site or readily available to address any issue, not that there were many.

All of Precision Tech’s tradesmen and sub-contractors were mature and worked hard and diligently. We never had any issues with litter or noise or bad language. Quite frankly, we had a wonderful experience with the progress of our project. Since completion, we have had absolutely no matters requiring rework or rectification.

We love our extension. It cost what Chris said it would cost. Thank you Chris.

Precision Tech managed the demolition of the rear of my old California bungalow, then added a modern 2 storey extension together with full outdoor landscaping and pool.

We sought the services of Chris at Precision Tech Building Concepts to complete an internal renovation which included bathroom and kitchen as well as an outdoor alfresco area.

Although we had rough ideas about what we wanted, we needed a lot of assistance and required recommendations from our builder to help us along the way. It’s been an absolute pleasure and honour to work with Chris and his team at Precision Tech on the renovation and extension of an 1850’s Victorian Homestead at Ivanhoe East.

Almost everything about this project has been a challenge, from the severe disrepair of the original 1850’s home through to the complex new Victorian style extension with its various floor and ceiling levels and detailed fit out.

Despite all of this Chris has produced a superior home which reflects his keen eye for detail, his knowledge and experience of restoring period homes and the extremely high standard of work he produces and that he accepts nothing less from other trades and suppliers.

Chris made this project run smoothly which was no easy feat given the jobs complexities. There was regular proactive communication and an unwavering commitment to delivering a superior finished home despite time restrictions.

My fondest memories of this project were meetings on site with Chris when there were anywhere up to four different trades on site at one time. A scheduling nightmare for most, though it was when Chris was at his best. I was always amazed that not only was he aware of every person that was on site, he knew what they were doing, how long they’d been there for etc. He could have a detailed conversation with me without missing a single thing that was going on around us on his site.

I look forward to working with Chris and his team on future projects and I can’t speak highly enough of Precision Tech, nor would I hesitate in recommending him to any of my future clients.
