Chris Lang, Director of Precision Tech, is a qualified carpenter and unlimited registered residential and commercial builder. His experience in the construction industry spans back 20 years. His greatest strengths are his meticulous planning and organisational skills, and his rapport with his clients and staff. Chris’s loyal team have worked alongside him for a number of years and share the same desire and pride in their craft.
Chris has always had a keen interest to restore period and heritage listed luxury homes with the dignity and appreciation their history has bestowed on them. He sources rare and hard-to-come-by materials and engages the skills of yesteryear’s craftsmen to bring out the best in homes that others believed were unsalvageable.
At the other end of the spectrum, Chris makes it his duty to keep up to date with the latest in current luxury design. He has completed contemporary homes for modern families with a need for function, practicality and comfort. He works closely with designers to provide the modern dream.
Chris’s interests outside of construction include cricket, football, travel and the outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Diana, and their two dogs, Frank and Chilli.
