This grand old double fronted terrace was well maintained and required just a freshen up to improve its functionality.
Timber look tiles were laid in the kitchen area for easy maintenance and a European laundry was added. Plush carpet on the staircase and in the bedrooms provided luxurious comfort. Two bathrooms and a powder room were also renovated to suit modern living. The exterior cast iron fretwork was repainted to liven up the already attractive façade.
