Residential - Sloping Block
Heavy excavation works were required on this very steep sloping block to make way for a custom, Federation style new home. Staying true to the Federation era, this home featured leadlight windows; decorative fretwork; and feature skirtings, architraves, and cornices.
The kitchen boasted a huge natural stone benchtop and butler’s pantry. The bathrooms featured marble floor and wall tiles with period style bath and tapware. Multiple living areas included enhancing fireplaces.
