Edwardian Extension and Pool, Ivanhoe

Originally constructed in 1925, this Edwardian home with California bungalow features was showing some serious wear and tear and lacked space with only one living area and one bathroom.
Only the front two rooms were salvaged and the façade of the home was fully restored. A modern, two storey extension, front and rear landscaping, and pool were added and the original garage was converted to a pool house.
The most stunning feature of this home was the refined finish, polished concrete floor in the new kitchen and living area, which included underfloor hydronic heating.
