Yes, we can assist you, regardless of how far you have progressed with your planning. We can provide building designers, architects, structural engineers, building surveyors, etc. to get you through the planning stages of your project.

We can provide you with an accurate quotation once planning documents are provided (eg: architectural plans, engineering plans, soil test, specifications, etc).

You can avoid variations through careful planning. The more information you can provide about what you want and the more firm decisions you make about your choices, the easier it is to provide a fully inclusive quotation. Having finalised plans and a list of your specifications, eg: tiles, benchtops, fittings and fixtures, flooring, etc will assist Chris to provide accurate pricing.

Yes, however these items will be listed on your quotation as prime cost or provisional sum items. This figure will be a reasonable estimate provided by Chris for items that you have not yet provided specifications for. This allowance is included in the total cost of your quotation and is later charged according to the actual cost.

Eg: You have not selected your bathroom tapwear. Chris lists bathroom tapwear as a prime cost item on your quotation, valued at $1,000.00. If the actual cost of your chosen tapwear is $1,000.00, you will pay the price as quoted. If the price varies, you will pay, or be credited, the difference.

Discuss your proposed changes with Chris and provide these details in writing. Chris can then provide you with a variation quotation for your consideration. Changes to project costings will not occur without your approval.

You can discuss any concerns you may have with Chris. We understand that your home is likely to be the largest investment you will ever make. You need to feel comfortable with your builder and the choices you make.

We can provide you with a list of recent clients and their contact details, so that you can call them and discuss their experiences. We can also take you to some of the homes that we have recently completed, so that you can see for yourself the level of finish we provide.
